For you (and your group, if applicable), please advise us of any important medical information such as: conditions that could require treatment during the class (diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, etc.); life-threatening allergies; limited agility (using walking aids, severe arthritis, significant obesity, poor balance, advanced pregnancy, etc.); significantly impaired vision or hearing; significant cognitive impairment; known conditions that cause serious issues if not immediately treated (chest pain, seizures, high blood pressure, etc.); issues with handling stressful situations, potentially leading to anxiety or panic attacks. If any of these apply to you or a member of your group, please contact us in advance of registering.
